About Boris

I’m passionate about fitness.

I trained as a professional athlete from four years old until I was a teenager. I then enrolled into the Spanish army, completing many years of training and active service as a Special Forces Paratrooper. After years of traveling to different countries, I found a home in New Zealand. I now enjoy sky diving, music, Latin dancing and fitness.

I’m enthusiastic and supportive of my clients and their goals, and take a practical and commonsense approach to meeting key targets. I know my limits and can understand the limitations of others and how we can work together to meet agreed goals without giving up or becoming injured. I try to make training interesting and customise every workout to my clients’ needs inconsultation with them.

I look forward to chatting with you about your goals.
