Gym Supervisor – Weekends

This is a rare opportunity to join our team, taking leadership of our Gym over the weekends and supporting the Gym Manager on weekdays.

We’re looking for someone who will fully embody our brand and bring a high level of passion to our awesome team. No two days will be the same, but a typical day could range from training new staff, creating a new programme for a member, signing up new members to keeping the Gym floor spotless. You’ll help the Gym Manager with strategies for lead generation, retention and general process improvement around the Gym.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be REPs registered and Bachelor of Sport and Recreation qualified with experience in the exercise and fitness industry. You will be a self-starter and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’ve got a diverse membership base and pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our members, so you’ll be able to adapt your approach to cater for everyone’s needs. You’ll be comfortable changing hats quickly and enjoy being busy. When it comes to computer systems, you’ll be a quick learner – our system is easy to use, but you’ll need to become an expert in all Gym-related parts of the system.

This role is approximately 30 hours split across Thursday to Sunday, with time allowed for admin as well as reception and floor work.

In return for your expertise and commitment, you’ll receive a competitive remuneration package including access to our world-class facilities. We promote work-life balance and encourage staff to get active and use our gym, pools and track to help you be the best you can be both in your role and away from work.
