Teen Swim Classes
Our youth lessons are designed to support and encourage teens at every swimming level. From beginners who are yet to put their eyes in the water through to fitness squads, we are committed to providing a positive environment where students develop confidence and skill in the water.
With over 40 fully qualified teachers and structured lesson plans, students are taught basic skills such as floating, kicking, blowing bubbles and water safety before progressing to breathing and mastering all four strokes.
Swim cap, goggles and a towel. We encourage our swimmers to bring warm clothes to change into after their swim. Please ensure that swimmers do not wear rash-shirts.
