Run by our team of expert coaches, individual classes are packaged together to meet the specific needs of the group.
What are AD Workshops?
Our workshops are designed to support schools, classes and club teams through educational and practical experiences delivered at either your school, club or at our world-class facility at AUT Millennium.
We offer a variety of workshops from anatomy and physiology to mental skills to performance testing, empowering students and athletes.
There is flexibility to selecting workshops based on what you’re hoping to achieve. We can complete one workshop in a day right through to a multi-day experience with a combination of physical and classroom-based workshops.
We can send you details of our on-site accommodation and catering options if you’re planning a longer stay.

“We have students who are at the top of their sport so the AD Workshops are great to teach them how to be safe in a workout programme. They’re tested in various things like sprints, jumps and flexibility and then six weeks later, they’re re-tested to see if they have improved.
The coaches have a vast knowledge in terms of how to train safely, how students can improve their physical abilities while looking at biomechanics, anatomy, sports psychology, motivation and how to be mentally strong in a range of sporting contexts.
