BEGINNER RUNNING GROUP
6:00 am - 7:00 am

60 min session including warm up followed by either running specific drills then an interval, fartlek session, or time trial OR 20-30 mins of running specific exercises focusing on hips, legs, core, arms followed by an easy run plus strides on the track. Finishing with a warm down and static stretching.
