What’s helped my approach comes down to what I have achieved through my own personal fitness journey. Losing 54kgs in 12 months has to be one of the biggest achievements in my life so far (I have proof, just ask – I’m willing to share!). Everything I did on that journey made me the person and trainer that I am today. I understand what it takes to get something you might not think ispossible, and how much sacrifice is needed to reach that goal.
