About James

I moved to New Zealand from the UK about 6 years ago. I was previously a PE teacher and also worked as a trainer in other gyms.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for most of my life, where I have competed in a variety of sports including, water polo, hockey, athletics and rugby as both player and coach. Nowadays my main sport is rugby and now I have a strong passion for weight training and conditioning.

I really enjoy encouraging people to improve their health and wellbeing. Every goal is important so whether you are training to gain strength, develop muscle, increase fitness or lose weight, get in touch and make sure you get the support and encouragement you need.
