I moved to New Zealand from the UK about 4 years ago. I was previously a PE teacher and also worked as a trainer in other gyms.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for most of my life, where I have competed in a variety of sports including, water polo, hockey, athletics and rugby as both player and coach. Nowadays my main sport is rugby and now I have a strong passion for weight training and conditioning.
