“I have an opportunity to help change people’s lives for the better, and I won’t take that for granted.”
I’m newly qualified out of AUT, so I’m up to date with best practice in the strength and conditioning and personal training fields.
What I’m really excited to do is share my knowledge with you – I want you to learn why certain training methods work for you, and give you the education and confidence to be able to apply it to your personal goals, no matter what they are.
I have six years’ experience in training and competing in Olympic weightlifting, so I know what it takes to get the best results. I’ve been working with North Shore Swimming as a strength and conditioning coach throughout 2020. This combined with my own experience in training for competition, I am capable of supporting anyone training for events, competitions and those looking to improve their health and wellbeing.
Whatever your reason for coming to the gym, I’m ready to support you and help you get the most out of each workout!
