National Aquatic Centre Reception Renovation

We have some exciting news! As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we are renovating the National Aquatic Centre reception area to streamline our visitor management processes.

This will help make it easier for you to enter through the gates when you visit us and have someone readily available to assist if needed.

During the construction period, please follow the signs to a new temporary entrance when you arrive.

If you require disability access please let the receptionist know on arrival.

There will be no disruptions to lane swimming or aquatic classes during this time. However, you may have to queue and wait a little longer to scan and enter the facility.

Wholefood Café will be open and following their normal operating hours. You will still be able to access the café through the main doors.
