What we do in this class

This class will challenge both your anaerobic and aerobic systems, giving you a great full body workout! The session starts with a 30 minute sprint spin workout in studio 2 before moving into studio 1 for a motivating 30 minute high intensity interval circuit! This class caters to a range of abilities, meaning you choose what level to go to! A fantastic, challenging class to help push you to the next level.
