Craig has a PhD in youth athlete development and focuses on uncovering and sharing good ideas to fill the gap between what science knows and what we most often do. He leads a team of mighty coaches and researchers to create the best possible learning environments for young people to achieve their best.
AD Programme Manager & Lead Coach
Patrick leads the Middle Academy Group at AUT Millennium, he also works with a number of other groups including Westlake Boys HS Rowing, North Harbour Badminton , NZ Age-group Baseball teams and North Shore Rowing Club.
Having completed his BSc Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Auckland and Postgraduate Diploma in Sport Science at AUT, he is now working towards his Masters in Sports Science alongside continued work with AD.
Outside of AD, Patrick is an avid rowing coach and guitar player - someone who’s always keen to pick up new skills.
Andreas moved to New Zealand from Norway with the goal of pursuing a career in sport science. He has since completed a Bachelor in Sport and Recreation with a major in Exercise Science.
Andreas works with a variety of sports academies in secondary schools within the Auckland region, including Kristin, Westlake and Green Bay.
Being from Norway, Andreas grew up competing in cross-country skiing. Now he stays active by taking his kayak out on the water, as well as other recreational activities.
Reuben is an enthusiastic, positive and lively coach. He’s currently finishing off a BSc in Exercise Science and Statistics at the University of Auckland and has achieved national titles in track and field. Reuben is the lead Coach for the Baradene College “B.E.S.T.” programme.
Brad has a bachelors degree in sport and recreation, majoring in sport science and health and nutrition. He is an enthusiastic young coach who is always look for new ways to improve and better his practice. As well as being an athlete himself and competing on an international level in his sport. Brad is the lead coach at the college rifles academy.
