    A programme focused on getting young people moving, having fun and learning.

What is the Holiday Academy?

  • The AD Holiday Academy is a one week immersive holiday programme for young people aged 10-15 who love to move. Our coaches are experts in the field of youth athletic development. They’re here to create an awesome environment for young movers to be the best they can be.
  • We’ll start and finish the week with performance assessments which measure speed, power, agility and maturation/growth. We’ll also send out individual reports with this data in it to attendees at the end of the week.
  • Our sessions will cover everything from individual goal setting and mental skills to strength, power, speed and agility training.
  • We’ll also have some fun on-site and off-site activities planned such as swimming, rock climbing and a session at ‘JUMP’ indoor trampoline park.
