We all know the benefits that exercise have; study better, feel refreshed and more self-confident, but as a teenager if you don’t belong to a sports club or a fitness centre, getting your weekly workouts can be difficult. TGF is for teenagers aged 13 – 16 wanting to get active after school in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
