What is AD Academy?
A long-term strength and conditioning programme specifically supporting young people who love to move. We take a unique approach by incorporating the latest research in the youth athlete space into fun movement challenges, games and a mixture of traditional exercises which help our members become fitter, faster and stronger for their chosen sports.

Testimonial
“We were impressed at the broad coverage of wellness that the Academy provided, looking at not one specific sport, but at the practical aspects of power, strength, nutrition, rehabilitation, balance and speed. Our kids are very different and thrive on their AD experience for different reasons. My 9-year-old loves the games and feels like he’s part of something special. My 12-year-old likes to set herself small challenges – usually around flexibility and balance, and she enjoys meeting those challenges. My eldest is almost 15 and has started to use the Academy time to grow her capability in her chosen sport – orienteering, with some sprint work, core strength training and remaining injury free. And our youngest joined early 2022!”.
