Connected to Swimming New Zealand and NZ Swim Teachers and Coaches Association, our swim school offers a range of classes to suit every age and level.

Our vision is to continue to resource our community and this country’s next generation of elite athletes to achieve their goals. Our $43 million transformation, including the new public gym, will transform AUT Millennium into the National Training Centre for High Performance Sport.

Facilities

Host your team or clients in our comfortable, well-resourced facilities, in an atmosphere where high-performance is standard! New Zealand’s top athletes train at the Millennium Institute, and you can do the same for your team or clients.

At the AUT Millennium Lodge you’ll have easy access to our world-class training, conference, sports science, medicine and rehabilitation facilities, and experienced trainers just next door in the main AUT Millennium complex.
